Arnie Had His Army, We Have Ours! Thank You! Over $30mm in Closed Transactions This Year!

We could not have done this without you! Thank you for believing in what we do and we'll take a little credit for recognizing there was an under-served market waiting to bloom. It has been such a pleasure working with all of our clients and helping them with one of the most important (financially and emotionally!) transactions during their lifetime.

We strive to provide you with an accurate and objective analysis of  property and add value through commission reallocation.

Not only are our clients happy with the level of service they receive, so are the brokers we work with. This is a note referring to a deal in a very prominent building from one of the top brokerage teams in NYC:

"You have a beautiful package – you and your brokers did a very good job and the reference letters are excellent.  As XXXXX said, you are perfect for the building.  And having been a resident for 50 years and board president herself, I’d find it hard to believe that she couldn’t get what she wants even if she’s not currently on the board.
Have a very nice weekend. "

We love real estate and are proud to work with so many wonderful clients and agents throughout NYC.

We Don't Mean to Simply be Puffing Ourselves Up, But Satisfied Clients validate Our Services

Closed 9/10/2012

Keith and Christian – I just want to reiterate how helpful you have both been during this process. We sincerely appreciated your guidance, transparency and your ability to keep the process moving along.

We will definitely refer you to any friends who are entering the NY RE market.

As you can imagine, we are thrilled to begin this next chapter! We will be sure to keep you posted (and share photos) once the renovation is eventually complete.

All best,

Y&M

Marble Windows Sills

I cut and installed these myself.  Bought the marble from Lowes, I think it's pretty good quality. It cuts like butter with a wet saw that I borrowed.  An easy, inexpensive way to dress up your windows. In the guest bedroom we used white marble with no veins.
