"New York City Real Estate Rebounds"
Property buying in the suburbs is starting to wane. I thought for those making the leap into unknown areas, probably would have been best to rent initially, get a lay of the land and determine if it's a good fit for your family.
Brooklyn has shown some relative strength, it's certainly where we've been busiest. Over the last two weeks we're starting to see things pick up in Manhattan as well.
