I can honestly say that I love my job. The last 8 years have been quite an adventure as we broke ground with a unique approach to real estate in NYC. I like to joke the business model was built on a premise that George Costanza made famous on Seinfeld; "do the opposite".
It's a funny way to tell people about what I do, however there is a lot of truth to it. I think many of those who have worked with us will acknowledge this. I will leave it at that for now as I was writing this to thank all the people we have worked with over the years as we have learned and grew.
We continue to improve as we learn from our mistakes and listen to our clients. We have things pretty fine tuned at this point, however we still occasionally run into a situation and scratch our heads at how we missed something.
The simple philosophy of our company is to 'never be selling' (nbs not abc). Keep the process 100% transparent. This goes a long way with our clients and without giving away our entire proprietary process it is just a part of the model.
