Our Objective

'The self-taught salesman realized that selling isn't the "ignoble activity" we've been culturally trained to think of it as. "I learned, against all my expectations, that done right, it is very noble," he said. "You are helping the customer achieve their objectives, so you have to learn to listen and empathize."

This Amazes Me!

"No problem.  Your business model is a no brainer for anyone looking to buy, so I refer you guys to anyone I can.  That’s not even taking into account the stellar service.

Manohar"

Another great testimonial, this doesn't amaze me. However what does amaze me is when I hear clients tell me they have friends that don't want to call us. They just don't believe we're for real! That blows both our minds and our clients laugh in a sort of perplexed way. I understand there are a lot of factors that go into choosing a real estate broker. And quite honestly I fully accept the fact we may not be for everyone. But at the very least give me a call and find out what we can offer you.

You may be surprised to learn we are a full service brokerage and operate in a completely transparent fashion. Another interesting part of our model; we are never selling. Not our thing.

So give me a call, you have absolutely nothing to lose. Please have a look at our testimonial page. We've assisted and are currently working with an array of high profile clients. In politics, running financial service firms, partners at major law firms as well as people just starting out and purchasing their first studio apartment in New York City. Everyone gets the same high level of customer service and attention to detail to assist you in making a sound purchase.

I Agree Wholeheartedly with Richard and John!

I have been pretty happy my entire life. Of course there were moments of anguish and confusion. However I have always operated with happiness as my first priority. I can assure you that happiness and financial abundance were not always in sync. This troubled my family and they never quite 'got me'.
This is how I have built The Burkhardt Group, I wanted to be happy. I simply focused on providing clients with an outstanding experience. I spent zero dollars on marketing, had no PR person or fancy office. I just focused on each client, deal and made sure I did the best I could to make sure everyone was extremely satisfied with our services. One day I looked up and we were as financially successful as I was personally happy.
$100's of millions in deals later and a few million dollars in rebates, the process is the same!
Thank you for giving us a chance!

Richard Branson left school at age 16 to start his first business. Today, the 66-year-old entrepreneur has overseen hundreds of companies and built a fortune of approximately $5 billion.
In a recent blog post, the Virgin Group founder shared his favorite quote, from famed singer-songwriter John Lennon:
"[Lennon] said: 'When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down 'happy.' They told me I didn't understand the assignment, and I told them they didn't understand life.'"

The Upper Echelons of the Market have a Case of the Doldrums

https://www.linkedin.com/hp/update/6177914565347598336

We are certainly not seeing this in the sub-$3m dollar market, which remains strong, yet subdued compared to 2014. And for a property that offers exceptional value it's still bid baby bid!

It's Labor Day Weekend, we will soon see if this market keeps chugging along or the tide is ebbing.  I think we will be humming right along with a bit of an edge to the buyer.
