What a complete load of crap!
Listing agents and developers love us, why? Because not only are we as transparent with agents as we are with our clients. We have some of the happiest clients in the business! We are very easy to transact with and we get deals done efficiently and without a lot of drama.
And those financial incentives that we offer our clients don't cost listing agents or developers a penny! And they go a long way in ensuring that our clients are extremely happy.
However it's not just our commission schedule that keeps our clients happy and coming back. It's the extremely knowledgeable and transparent level of service that we provide. We always put our clients highest and best needs first.
